Arrival 

Drop off begins at 7:20 am and ends at 7:45 am. If your child/ren arrive/s after 7:45 am, check in through the front desk is required. 

Dismissal

Pick Up begins at 3:05 pm. See dismissal map for appropriate pick up location.

Absences

Please remember to report your child's absence or if they have an appointment; even if they will be returning to school. A form must be filled out before 9 am. You can find the form on Borchardt's homepage in the upper right corner (see picture). If your child is missing multiple days, report each day separately. If you have a Doctors Note, you can attach it to the form or email it to the data clerk Ms. Beardsley here.

After 3 days, district policy requires the school to record the absence as unexcused, regardless of the reason, if no absence was filed. Doctors note is required for any absences more than 3 days.
