As we approach the end of the school year, we're excited to celebrate our students' transition from elementary school to middle school! To make this milestone event special, we need your help.
We're seeking 5- 10 Volunteers to assist with our End of Year Celebration on May 19th, 2025 at 10 am at Strikz Entertainment. This event marks an important chapter in our students' lives, and we want to make it a memorable one.
Every Student gets to Bowl, spend a $15 Arcade card, enjoy 2 Slices of Pizza and a Drink and mingle with their friends! And of course have FUN!!
Volunteer Duties:
- Help with serving lunch
- Adding money (if the students bring extra cash) to game cards
- Getting bowling shoes
- Clean up
- Activity Supervision etc.
Volunteers will need to drive themselves to Strikz, as buses are for student and teachers only. Also, all students must return to the school on the bus, they can not leave the event with a parent/caregiver.

Here's the schedule so far:
8:30am End-of-Year Ceremony for 5th graders (at Borchardt)
9:45am FISD buses at school and leave for Strikz
10:00am Arrive at Strikz
10-11am Group #1 Bowling and Group #2 Arcade games
11-12pm Group #1 Arcade games and Group #2 Bowling
12:15-1:00pm Lunch at Strikz (pizza)
1:00-2:00pm Free time (this is when students can purchase items in the gift shop with "points" earned on their game cards)
2:00pm FISD buses leave Strikz to take students back to Borchardt
